Westcol College Admission 2024-2025
Students who are eligible and interested in attending Westcol are encouraged to apply NOW. If you are a new or returning student, Visit the official site of the college to access the online application form. Make sure you read and follow the admission and application requirements outlined by the college. The online admission is open and accepting applications from interested students from April until November 2023.
Completion of Grade 12 with passing grades in Math and Science is required. Eligible and interested prospective students are invited to apply for admission to the following programmes; NCV, Business and Related Studies – Semester 1 and Engineering Studies – Trimester 2.

- Submit documentation – you will receive notifications via email about your progress.
- Please read the minimum requirements before you apply.
- Westcol reserves the right to discontinue a programme based on insufficient student numbers or to move it to another campus.
- You need an active e-mail account as we will be communicating with you through emails.
- You must continuously check your email to ensure that you do not miss any communication.
- All documents to be submitted should be originally certified copies and the certification should not be older than 6 months.
- Please make sure that you scan the documents in PDF format:
- Grade 12 certificate/Statement of results/Latest school report/DHET certificate
- ID document
- Proof of residence

- Submit your application – you will receive a reference number. This does not guarantee placement or admission
- Please ensure that you provide a correct cell phone number and a valid email address
- To fast-track your registration and enrollment please ensure that you have the correct documents. (refer to the General Information document)
- Ensure that all documents are certified and not older than 3 months.
- Students are encouraged to apply directly to NSFAS for FINANCIAL AID
- Your application will be screened and ONLY successful candidates will be notified by SMS (please make sure you provide the correct cell phone number).
