CUT Programme Application Status Check 2024-2025

Have you submitted an Application? Do you want to Know Your Status? CUT application status can be checked a few weeks from about six to ten weeks after application. After you have submitted your application, the admission board reviews the application and processes it for the next phase.

For the current academic year, the CUT Online Application window for undergraduate qualifications (higher certificates, advanced certificates, diplomas, advanced diplomas, and degrees), Honors degrees and postgraduate diplomas, and Master’s and PhD qualifications are now open. The applications for 2024 will open towards June 2024 and close at the end of September 2024. Please keep in mind that this is a rough estimate that may change. If you want to apply to Central University of Technology’s undergraduate or postgraduate programmes, you must do so through the university’s online application system.

C	Cancelled Application
DE	Application Deferred and will be re-evaluated after your final Grade 12 results are released
D	Instructional programme: No decision taken – Senior students
E	Conditionally Accepted postgrad – pending prerequisite qualification
G	Admission for the instructional programme (new students – ALL campuses)
H	Admitted based on Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL)

K	Not selected for the instructional programme: No prerequisite subjects

CUT Application Online Requirements 2024-2025

All applications should have a valid e-mail address so that you will be able to apply online
If you don’t have a valid e-mail address, then it is necessary to get one by visiting www.gmail.com or www.ymail.com.
Central University of Technology (CUT) will communicate with you through your email concerning your application.
Your Final Grade 11 results for the current Grade 12 Learners
You are to provide your School leaving certificate/Final Grade 12 results if applicable
Your Academic record/transcript with a certificate of Conduct if you have earlier on studied at another institution.
Your SAQA evaluation Certificate for Non-South African qualifications if applicable.
A copy of your ID document
