Proof of payment of your registration fee(compulsory for SA and International applicants)
Certified copy of your ID document(ID document compulsory for SA citizens – your application cannot be processed without a certified copy of your ID and Passport Number for International Applicants
Exam Results: Final Grade 12 results (if available). Grade 11 results (if currently doing grade 12) are very important for your application. Thus, have it on hand.
Remember you will need a unique email address when applying either online or in a hard copy.

Select your Course either ; Pre-Matric Programmes_2024,Occupational Programmes_2024 or Post-Matric Programmes_2024
Course Fees & Payment Policy. Once you have selected a course, view the Vocational fees or Occupational fees and read the Payment Policy.
Complete the ONLINE application – Complete the application process and upload a certified copy of your ID and latest results.
Once you have submitted your application form, please allow sufficient time for the application to be verified and sent to the relevant Programme Manager before enquiring about the status of your application. Your application will be acknowledged via SMS & e-mail.

Northlinki College Application Requirements For International Applicants

An Acceptance Letter from the college.
An Accommodation Letter from the landlord where they will be residing while studying in the RSA.
Medical Cover for the duration of the study period.
Receipt for Tuition.
Valid Passport.
SAQA evaluation certificate has to be attached to all international qualifications.
Students from China must request a letter from the International Office to ensure that Northlink is registered with the WCED. A copy of the letter will be sent.

How To Apply To Northlink College As an International Applicant

Once you have the desired course, download the application form provided – click here – fill in the appropriate information and return it either via fax or email, together with your Academic Qualification and a copy of your passport to the International Office at Tygerberg Campus.
Make sure you include your contact details on your application form.
You will then receive a quote, together with your new student number from the International Office.
Deposit the quoted amount into the Northlink College bank account. It is advisable for all International Students to be familiar with the Payment Policy for International Students.
Fax or scan and email your proof of payment (deposit slip) to the international desk.
Upon receipt of your proof of payment – you will receive your Acceptance Letter, together with your receipt from the International Office.
