All North-West University students will have to get a student account which can use to manage their finances related to their studies which include their tuition fees, accommodation fees (if applicable), and any other fees related to their studies.

To have access to your student account, you will need to log in to the university’s online student portal, which is known as the Student Portal.

This portal allows students to view their account balance, make payments, and view their payment history. You can also print invoices or receipts from the portal if you need them for record-keeping purposes.

How To Login To My North West University Student Portal

To log in to your North-West University (NWU) student portal, Kindly follow the instructions below:

1. Go to the NWU website: https://www.nwu.ac.za and click on “MyNWU” in the top right corner of the page.
2. Click on “Student Portal” in the drop-down menu.
3. On the next page, you will be asked to enter your username and password. Your username is your student number, which is a 9-digit number that was given to you when you enrolled at NWU. Your password is the one you set when you activated your NWU email account.
4. After entering your login details, click on the “Sign In” button to access your student portal.

Once you have logged in, you will be able to view your account balance, make payments, view your class schedule, and access other important information related to your studies.

What You Will Need To Login To Your North West University Student Portal

You will need the following to be able to log into your North West University student portal:

• Your NWU student number: This is a 9-digit number which was given to you when you enrolled at NWU. You can find your student number on your registration form or any correspondence from the university.
• Your NWU email password: You will need to have activated your NWU email account and set a password for it. This is the same password that you will use to log in to your student portal.

1. Go to the NWU website (https://www.nwu.ac.za) and click on “MyNWU” in the top right corner of the page.

4. Enter your student number and click “Submit”.
