Tshwane North Tvet College Online Application Requirements 2024-2025
- Proof of payment of your registration fee(compulsory for SA and International applicants)
- Certified copy of your ID document(ID document compulsory for SA citizens – your application cannot be processed without a certified copy of your ID and Passport Number for International Applicants
- Exam Results: Final Grade 12 results (if available). Grade 11 results (if currently doing grade 12) are very important for your application. Thus, have it on hand.
- Remember you will need a unique email address when applying either online or in a hard copy.

Tshwane North Tvet College Online Application Process 2024-2025
Below are the steps/procedures for applying for admission into the College:
Step 1: Pre-Screening Test. Prior to applying for admission, all students applying for admission are required to do the Pre-Screening Test.
Step 2: Application Form. Students are to an application form from the nearest college campus or can apply using the online application. Students are supposed to choose the campus they want to enrol in, as well as provide a valid email address and a cell phone number. Step 3: Complete the application form. Verification of e-mail, ID, and cell phone numbers will be done at this stage. Your ID, e-mail, and cell phone are used to authenticate you.
Step 4: Attach all Supporting Documents. All students applying for admission are required to upload the following certified documents:
- Birth Certificate/Identity Document (Proof of application for new ID/Passport)
- Certificates/Qualifications
- Recent Academic results
- Municipal billing document/other account statements (not older than 3 months)
- A valid study permit (Foreign national students)
- The South African Qualification Authority’s (SAQA) Evaluation Certificate (foreign qualifications).
Step 5: Submit your application. A confirmation email will be sent to you with all the application information.
