Online Application Date UFH 2025

The online application portal for UFH opens on June 2024 and The closing date for all Undergraduate Qualifications is 30 November 2024. All applications must be submitted before the closing date. Late applications will not be considered for the 2025-2026 academic year. Therefore, prospective students are urged to submit their applications before the closing date.

Required Documents To Apply Online At UFH 2025

Applicants must provide the following documents to apply online at the University of Fort Hare 2025;

• Applicants holding a South African Senior Certificate need matriculation endorsement.
• Declaration by Parent/Guardian for Minor Applicants must accompany all applications by prospective students under the age of 18.
• Applicants holding non-South African school-leaving certificates must qualify for a matriculation exemption certificate.
• All applicants with non-South African qualifications are required to have their qualifications evaluated by the South African Qualifications Authority (SAQA).

How to Complete University Of Fort Hare Online Application Form

Follow the step-by-step guide below to complete the online application form for UFH;

• Submit your application form and all the necessary documentation including the application fee before the closing date.
• An SMS will be sent to you informing you of the status of your application thereafter a letter of confirmation.
• Current matriculants who qualify based on their Grade 12 mid-term performance, are provisionally admitted pending the submission of their final matric results and subject to availability of space.
• Successful applicants will receive an admission letter, together with a registration guide, which reflects the registration dates and orientation program. It is important to note that all applicants who wrote the National Senior Certificate (NSC) are required to write the National Benchmark test (NBT) before they are allowed to register for their 1st year at University.
