UCT (University of Cape Town) is a state research university located in Cape Town in the Western Cape region of South Africa. The University was established in 1829 as the South African College, making it the oldest University institute in South Africa. The University offers diploma, undergraduate and postgraduate programs; Commerce, Engineering & the Built Environment, Health Sciences, Humanities, Law, and Science.
