HR UCT refers to the human resources department, which is responsible for managing the university’s workforce and However, responsible for a wide range of functions which includes, recruitment, employee benefits, compensation, performance management, and employee relations.
HR is in charge of a variety of responsibilities at UCT, including recruiting, performance management, employee benefits, remuneration, and employee relations. The department is likewise committed to encouraging workplace diversity, equity, and inclusion, as well as maintaining compliance with applicable labour laws and regulations. Their vision is to proactively anticipate and meet the human resource requirements of our institution in a manner that supports the achievement of its vision and mission.
