UJ offers a wide range of short courses in various faculties, including the Faculty of Engineering and the Built Environment, the Faculty of Health Sciences, the Faculty of Law, and the Faculty of Humanities, among others.

The courses are designed to be flexible, with some offered on a part-time or full-time basis, and others offered online or face-to-face.
