NWU Participation Marks

NWU Participation marks are an important aspect used to evaluation the overall performances of students. NWU Participation marks are awarded to students who actively participate in class discussions, group work, and other academic activities that are relevant to their course of study.

Participation points are designed to encourage students to engage more completely in their academic endeavours while also developing critical thinking and collaboration abilities. NWU participation marks are assigned based on a variety of characteristics, such as the quality and quantity of a student’s contributions to class discussions, their readiness for class, and their general engagement with the course subject.

NWU APS Assessment

To be considered for a particular program, applicants must meet the required APS. Typically, each matric topic for which you write an exam awards you points. Add the points from your six top subjects, eliminating Life Orientation, to determine your APS. Your grade in each subject will determine how many points you receive for that course. The sum of the points you acquire for each course makes up your APS score.

Please take note that entering your selected degree program with the bare minimum requirements is not always possible, so work hard to earn the greatest marks you can. distance.nwu.ac.za results
