The following are the required documents needed when applying for admission at Westcol:

• 5 certified copies of the student’s IDENTITY DOCUMENT/CARD
• 2 certified copies of the highest school/college results/report/statement of results
• 2 certified copies of proof of residence reflecting the student’s details (Bank statement/POR from ward councillor)
• Proof of marital status if married, divorced or widowed (where applicable)
• 2 certified copies of Identity documents of BOTH Parents’/Guardians’ /Spouse’s
• If Parents/Guardians are deceased – supply a certified copy of the DEATH CERTIFICATE
• If the parents are divorced – a certified copy of the divorce decreeAffidavit of the parent’s whereabouts
• Certified copies of both Parents’/Guardians’/spouse’s SALARY ADVICE SLIPS
• If a parent/s/guardian is unemployed – the parent must make an affidavit at a COMMISSIONER OF OATHS.
• Certified copies of both Parents’/Guardian’s PENSION PAYMENTS not older than three months from the date of application
