The CPUT application status indicates the progress of your admission application, letting you know whether you have been accepted to study at the university or if your application has been rejected. The application status reveals whether the applicant meets all of the institution’s entry requirements. Keep in mind that submitting your application for review does not guarantee admission, and meeting the minimum requirements also doesn’t assure acceptance into a specific program.

The application status is generally published on the university’s official status-check portal for easy access by applicants. To be considered for admission, CPUT must receive an online application or a fully completed application form, along with recently certified (within the last year) copies of your original identity document, your (National) Senior Certificate and/or your highest academic results, as well as the application fee, all by the designated deadlines.
