The University Of Pretoria Online Application Fee For 2025
If you are applying to study at the University of Pretoria, you can have the application fee waived if your household income is R150,000 or less per year. To qualify, online applicants need to upload proof of income at STEP 12 in the online application process. This proof acts as confirmation that you meet the fee waiver criteria and will be verified by the university.
The University Of Pretoria Application Fee 2025:
- When applying to study, a fee of R300 (or 30 US dollars) is required for the 2025 academic year. Please note that this fee is non-refundable.
If your household income is above R150,000 per annum, you must use one of the following payment methods:
- Online Credit Card Payment: You can pay as part of your application submission by entering valid credit card information (MasterCard, Visa, American Express, or Diners Club) with sufficient funds.

Start a New Application:

- A data privacy notice will appear; select “OK” to proceed.
